This low impact fitness class is designed specifically for Seniors & Beginners, focusing on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and overall mobility in a safe and supportive environment. These sessions incorporate seated and standing exercises, light resistance training, and gentle stretching to enhance physical well being while promoting social engagement, all at your own pace. Lynn became a Certified Personal Trainer at age 65 due to her own personal experience with rehab & having a Trainer. Her desire is to help others the way she was helped.
